Ab me apko 1 month me solid body banne ka couce bata raha hu. Ye cource 7 dino ka hai. Inn 7 dino me apko bataya jayega ki apko kaya khana chahia orh kon si exercsie kon se din karni chaai. App 1-1 karke niche diye gaye 7 post padh sakte hai.

ye cource bodybuilding trainer ki sahayta se banay gay hai jo har umar ke ladke ko suit karta hai.

 

Apko 4 hafto (weeks) tak  I mean = 7day x4 weeks = 1 month tak isse exercise plan ko follow karna hai.

Apko niche 7 din ke cource me har din asi alag alga exercise batai gai hai jo app kare toh app 1 month me ek solid body bana sakte hai. Toh abb 1 – 1 karke sare post padhe.

 

 

 

Day 1 – janiye pehle din kaisi exercise kare orh kya khye? – exercise karne ka neutral gear

 

 

Day 2 – second din ke liye best exercise and tips- exercise karne ka start gear (1st gear)

 

 

Day3 – third day ke liye best exercise – exercise karne ka 2nd gear

 

 

Day4 – fourth day ke liye   bodybuiding exercise- exercise karne ki speed 3th gear me dale

 

 

Day 5- fifth day ke liye best exercise- exercise karne ki speed 4th gear me dale

 

 

Day6 – sixth day mix up exercise

 

 

Day7– off- body ko aram de orh ye exercise kare.

 

 

  • upar diye gaye 7 post jarur pade. Ye 1st online body banan ke course hai. app yaa diye gaye upar ke sare post pade. Orh uske di gayi sari tips ko follow kare.
