Aaap aaj aram isliye karr rahe ho. Kyuki kam Monday hai hafte ka 1sday apko wo sare exercsise fires follow karni hogi jo hame piche pada hai.

 

Agar app ase hi ye 7 dino ki exercise 4 hafto tak I mean 1 month tak karte rahe. Toh app dekhtenge ki last din me apki body me kya changes hote hai. apko apni body me kuch mehsus hoga. Apke abbs kuch jyada tight ho jayge. Orh apko body pehle se jyda orh behtar ban jayegii. Orh iss baat ke liye me apko congrats krna chata hu. Ki apne iss pure training schedule ko pada orh apne jiman me apnaya J

 

Ajj ke din kya khaye—bhai bataya toh hai apko aapp chhuti hai. J app apni marji se kuch bhi kha sakte hai. koi probem nahi hai but next day Monday ko apni marji nahi chalna orh hamare trainer dwara diye gaye exercise and foods ko follow karna.
