Day 5- fifth day ke liye best exercise- exercise karne ki speed 4th gear me dale:

 

 

Ajj 5th day hai I mean ham apni exercise karne ki last and final gear no 4 par hai. jaise jab ham car me 4th gear dalte hai toh wo bahut speed me chalti hai. waise hi ajj ham apni body me 4th gear dalne wale hai. orh abtak ki sabse tough exercise karne wale hai.

Ajj ham wo saari exercize karenge jo hame last chaar dino me ki hai.

 

 

 

5tday exercise:

Cycling+ putups + situps + dumble fly exercise + bench press exercise + bumbbel bicep curl exercise + bumbbel bicep curl exercise + Pushup + ( standing curl exercise bonus)

(sabi exercsi ke 5 -5 sets)

 

 

Janiye standing curl exercise kya hai?

 

 

Khane me kya khaye: kyuki ajj jo exercise ham karne jaa rahe ho wo bahut hi heavy hai orh aj ham set bhi jyada kar rahe hai. toh app apko jyada protein yukt khane kii jarurat hogi.

 

Option 1 – chicken + nuts like badam, kaju

Option2 – badam + kaju+ kele+ milk+ chane ki dalll etc.
