Forth day me apne jo exercise 3day me kari hai uska routine banay rakna hai. sath sath mix exercise bhi karni hai. I mean apne jo 4-4 set ki exercsi kari thi usme se app koi bhi exercise age piche kar sakte hai. dekhne me easy lag rha hoga apko. Par ek baat me batana chahtaa hu jab ham 1 type ki exercise karte hai toh apko apni body ka pata hoga hai kab kya karna hai. par jab ham mix exercise karte hai toh isme jyda mehnat lagti hai. kyuki isme ham apni body ka flow rokte hai orh har set par ek nai exercsi karte hai.

 

 

 

Exercise jo mix karni hai— Cycling+ Janiye dumble fly exercise + bench press exercise + putups 4- 4set mixxxxx

 

Ase mix exercise karne se apki body ke har parts me asar hoga. Orh app 1 month ke end tak ekk 6 packs abs wali body bana sakoge. Yaha par ekk baat dhyan rakhe ki hai app kabhi kis din koi exercsi miss na kare. orh agar miss ho bhi jaye toh app use notes down karle. Takki appko jab time mile toh app use kar sake.

 

 

Khane me kya khaye-

Option 1- yaha par app mix khana kha sakte hai jo hame last 3 day me khaya tha. App apne accordingly apni diet ko decide kar sakte hai.
