Ab ye apko 1st day hai. me example ke tor par is haft ka 1st day Monday man sakt hu. Kyuki ye apko gym me bhi 1st day hai toh appko kuch exercise batadi jaye jo apko ajj karni hogi takki apne next day ke liye tiyar ho sake.

 

 

 

1st day me apko jim me asi koi heavy exercise nahi karni. Jiske baje se app next day nahi aa sako. Aksar dekha jata hai ham josh josh me pehle he din sari exercise karne ki sochte hai. par isska hamari body par negative effect pardta hai.

 

1st day par ki jane wali exercise- bas hamko apni boyd ko warm up karna hai. toh iske liye ham ye niche ki exercise kar sakte hai.

 

Option1 – situp + butups + bumbbel bicep curl exercise (1- 1 sets sabi exercise ke)

 

Option2 –cycling + running+ putups
