dumble flye exercise + bumbbel bicep curl exercise + Pushup + situps (sabi exercise ke 2- 2 sets)

 

 

Dumble fly exercsi ek heavy exercise hai, me apko ek advise deta hu jab app ise kare toh apne friend ko sath rahe. Kyuki agar isko karte time apka hath ka balance kharab ho gya toh apke hath me moch aaa sakti hai. app kisi specialist orh apne friend ko ye exercise karte time apne piche jarur rakhe
