Day6 – sixth day mix up exercise:

6th day apko wo sab exercise karni hai jo apne last 5 days me kari thi. Jaise ki mene apko pehle bhi bataya hai ki mix ups exercise karna bada diffucult kaam hai. apko bahut hi mehnaat ke sath ye karna hoga.

 

 

 

Exercise for 6th day- Cycling+ putups + situps + dumble fly exercise+ standing curl exercise + bench press exercise + bumbbel bicep curl exercise + bumbbel bicep curl exercise + Pushup (5 -5 set for all exercise)

 

Dekhne me apko bhale hi ye execise kafii kathin lag rahi ho but apko apni himmat nahi harni chahia. Ek sachha pehlpan wo hota hai jo har chunotii ko accept karta hai. appko bhi ye exercise karne ka challenge accept karna hoga. Agar apko jyada hi problem aa rahi hai toh app har exercise ke bich me kuch time break le sakte hai. takki apko jyda thakawat na ho.

 

 

Khane me kya khaye- 6th day app khane me wo sab chije khaa sakte hai jo apne last 5th day me khai hai. yaaha apko apne mind se khud hi decide karna hoga ki apko kya khana hai or kya nahi.
