Ajj 3rd day hai app apni body ko ajj orh jyad tough exercise karne ke liye bolenge. Yaha par app exercise ke 2nd gear me jaa rahe hai. I mean app jo app exercsi karenge wo appko double karni hogi.

Cycling+ putups + Janiye dumble fly exercise + bench press exercise (2 set) x 2 guna

 

= 4 sets har exercise ke

 

It mean apko har execise ke 4 – 4 sets marne honge. Abb socho ki 3rg gear me kya halat honge wali hi apki. Par dost ek achi body bannai hai toh ye sab toh follow karna hi hoga.
